Jonathan David Bauman
JD is the director and global organizer. His joys include discussing evidence-based charity, meeting and connecting inspiring people, and starting each morning with iced coffee and prayer.
He lives in a suburb of Washington D.C. and worships at Union City Church.
Alexandra Voica
Alex is the marketing lead. She has a background in psychology and behavioural science and worked as a consultant and user researcher before joining EACH and Christians for Impact. She’s interested in Global Poverty and Missions. She enjoys writing, reading Japanese literature, and exploring beautiful historic churches with her husband.
Vesa Hautala
Vesa is the research coordinator. He has completed a MTheol in Helsinki University and worked as a pastor and youth worker. Currently in he works as the Career Advising Manager at Effective Altruism Finland in addition to his work at EACH. He is interested in the intersection of EA and Christianity, academic theology and philosophy, and EA movement building and outreach.
